What are your rates?

Click on the "Rates” button. There you will find the Rate schedule and be able to access the Availability Calendar.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 AM. The door code will disconnect precisely at 10 AM-please plan departure time accordingly.

Are pets allowed?

We are huge pet lovers, however The Celadon Beach Resort HOA has a no pet policy. Only owners may have a pet on the premises.

Is there a designated smoking area?

No. The Celadon Beach Resort is a designated non-smoking property. Smoking will not be tolerated inside the condo or on the balcony-no cigarettes, weed, or vape devices. Violators will be fined $500, lose all money paid including deposit, the door code will be immediately changed, and violators will be escorted off the premises under supervision of on site Security or local Police.

Is there a maximum number of guests?

Yes. Fire Code allows a maximum of 5 guests in the condo.

Can I see the Gulf from the condo?

Of course! You are directly on the beach and can view Dolphins and other Marine life from the balcony overlooking the beautiful turquoise Gulf water.

Is the kitchen fully equipped and are the linens supplied?

Yes. The kitchen is fully stocked including a full sized coffee pot as well as a single brew Keurig. Fresh linens are supplied for all beds and sofa sleeper. Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided for each bathroom.

When is payment due?

Payment is due at time of reservation.

Is the condo wheelchair friendly?

The Condo is not suitable for guests with stability or mobility issues. Hotels are better suited for guests with special needs.
